 Jiangsu Nanhuanghai Industry and Commerce Co., Ltd. was established in 1980. As a national important advanced technology enterprise, we are designated to produce textile accessories by National Textile Industry Bureau. Our total property is RMB 350 million, including RMB 220 million net properties. Our firm covers 65000 square meters, of which 47000 square meters are the construction area. There are over 1000 staff members, of whom 30% are technicians. Our company consists of Rudong Textile Rubber Co., Ltd., Rudong Changqing Plastics Co., Ltd., and Rudong Special Bearing Co., Ltd. Our main products are rubber cots and rubber rings, melt spinning spandex (filament), bearing retainers, and top roller bearings.
Since the foundation, our company has strongly carried out the strategy of developing based on science & technology, and has formed a technology innovation system which is led by our New Technical Development Center and supported by Scientific Research Institutes. We have successfully developed over ten series and over 1000 specifications of advanced products, of which the technical function and use effect are superior in national textile field. Our new products have won "Provincial Technology Process Honor", "Provincial Advanced Technology Product Honor", "National Star-Fire Technology Honor", "Golden Medal in National Advanced Technology" and the honor of "New Product Exhibition". Our products have also been recommended by National Textile Association, and have been evaluated as national new products. Our goods have won the honor of "Golden Medal of International Excellent New Product". Our products are in great demand to 1000 domestic textile factories, and are exported to Pakistan and Indonesia.
Melt-spinning fine-denier spandex (filament) was considered as High-new Technology Product by Jiangsu Science & Technology Department. Melt-spinning fine-denier spandex (filament) has low variation coefficient of linear density, moderate breaking tenacity, high crease recovery rate, excellent appearance and good unwinding property. The technical index and use effect of melt-spinning fine-denier spandex (filament) are in the highest flight in domestic line. Our products fill up the blank of domestic line and are the best substitute of imported ones. Our annual production capacity is up to 1000 tons. We have passed the Acceptance Check of Jiangsu Demonstration Project of High Technical Industrialization.
